Join us to discover your potential. Role and Responsibilities Improve Audio‑Video division sales by managing assigned Retail customers and reaching established sales and market share targets. Develop and manage sales of Audio‑Video products through a targeted portfolio of Retail customers. Build and develop solid sales relationships with existing retail customers at national level to achieve agreed sales and market share targets. Manage sales forecasting and inventory management including stock planning and rotation, price protection claims. Constantly monitor sales volumes, revenues and costs against forecasts. Design and propose sales campaigns and define the appropriate distribution strategy across the channel, providing follow‑up and feedback related to any sales lead. Coordinate and monitor the Field Sales (Agencies) activities, supporting visits to assigned key customers (GDS, Modern Trade) and directly managing the key customers at national central level. Close deals ensuring that contracts are finalized within the correct timeframes throughout the whole national territory. Engage closely with the Division’s Product and Trade Marketing / Operations to ensure the highest levels of service for named customers. Qualifications / Requirements Educational background: Bachelor/Master degree with Economic background. Professional background: 2–3 years minimum experience in Retail Sales (GDS, GDO), preferably in Audio‑Video business. Computer knowledge: Excellent MS Office tools, with a specific focus on Excel. Language knowledge: Very good written and spoken English. Travel required: 60% domestic transfers; international transfers may occur. Other: Strong analytical, proactive, flexible mindset.
