Role & Responsibilities As part of the R&D validation department, you will be responsible for Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC) testing on home appliance products :Perform EMC / EMI testing in a dedicated laboratoryCreate and execute test plans and procedures according to relevant standardsAnalyze test results and provide detailed test reportsSupport investigation and root-cause analysis activitiesEnsure proper functionality of measurement systems and test equipmentCollaborate with cross-functional engineering teams (electronics, mechanics…)Ensure compliance with Electrolux & regulatory quality standards✅ Mandatory Skills Strong knowledge of EMC standards & requirementsEMI / EMC testing and troubleshooting experienceHW board testingGood understanding of electrical & electronic componentsAbility to interpret test data and results⭐ Desired Skills Effective communication with both internal and external stakeholdersClear technical reporting & documentation skillsTeam-oriented mindset in an international environmentProfile Degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or related disciplineProfessional level of English requiredHands‑on experience in testing laboratoriesWhat We Offer A great opportunity to work for a global leader in home appliancesInnovative and collaborative working environmentPotential long‑term growth within HCLTech projectsInterested?
