Job Purpose The Consumer Development Specialist will oversee the creation, implementation, and optimization of direct marketing campaigns and leads management strategies in the Italian Market to enhance customer engagement and drive business growth. Key Accountabilities Direct Marketing Campaigns Plan and execute direct marketing campaigns from conception through to analysis. Identify key customer segments for tactical campaigns and audience building. Develop and curate engaging content tailored to segmented audiences. Manage the editing and targeting of each campaign to ensure alignment with brand standards and objectives. Analyze campaign performance and generate detailed reports on effectiveness and ROI. Manage e‑coupon campaigns and ensure timely execution and follow‑up. Leads Management Design and implement a plan for lead activation and nurturing. Monitor lead acquisition processes and optimize strategies for maximum performance. Conduct detailed analysis and forecasting of lead performance. Ensure high data quality and integrity across all marketing platforms and databases. Required Qualifications, Experience And Skills 2‑3 years’ experience in Direct Marketing / CRM / Digital Marketing. Fluent in English and Italian. Degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or a related field. Proficiency in CRM software and analytic tools (BI or equivalent). Experience in the travel industry is a strong advantage (e.g., Airline, Trainlines, Online Travel Agents). Track record of successful email campaigns and CRM management. Excellent communication and project management skills. Strong analytical mindset and skills with performance analytic tools. Excellent interpersonal, written and presentation skills required. Visa requirements (if any) Right to work in Italy.
