We are pioneers in enabling end-to-end credit processes—from origination and decisioning to underwriting and beyond—delivering solutions that empower our clients in achieving sustainable growth and risk control Job Description We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Solutions Offering Consultant to join our team, focused on the design, delivery, and enhancement of innovative credit decisioning and underwriting solutions. The ideal candidate will bring a strong blend of technical acumen, business insight, and consulting experience, with a passion for delivering impactful solutions to clients across global markets Key Responsibilities Drive the successful origination, deployment, and optimization of credit and lending solutions for financial institutions and partners Analyze client needs and translate business requirements into scalable, sustainable product designs and functional specifications Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, and delivery consultants to ensure alignment and execution Engage stakeholders at all levels to understand their challenges and propose strategic, data-driven solutions Identify gaps in current business processes and systems and lead workshops and discussions to gather and define detailed requirements Support the implementation phase, ensuring quality, functionality, and alignment with business goals Produce clear and compelling documentation, presentations, and data analysis using advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills Qualifications & Skills Proven experience in consulting, business analysis, or project roles in credit, lending, or underwriting solution contexts Deep understanding of credit decisioning processes, origination workflows, and the lending lifecycle Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to distill complex issues into actionable insights Effective communicator, able to build trusted relationships with internal and external stakeholders across different markets A natural curiosity for emerging technologies and a passion for innovation, digital transformation, and product development Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced expertise in Excel and PowerPoint CRIF is committed to creating a diverse and inclusive workplace, promoting equal opportunities throughout the career path.
