About CRIFCRIF is a global company specializing in credit bureau and business information, outsourcing and processing services, and advanced solutions for credit and open banking.With presence in over 40 countries across four continents, CRIF supports financial institutions, insurance companies, telco, energy and utility players, as well as businesses and consumers in making smarter decisions through data-driven insights and cutting-edge technology.We are pioneers in enabling end-to-end credit processes—from origination and decisioning to underwriting and beyond—delivering solutions that empower our clients in achieving sustainable growth and risk controlJob DescriptionWe are seeking a dynamic and experiencedSolutions Offering Consultantto join our team, focused on the design, delivery, and enhancement of innovative credit decisioning and underwriting solutions.The ideal candidate will bring a strong blend of technical acumen, business insight, and consulting experience, with a passion for delivering impactful solutions to clients across global marketsKey ResponsibilitiesDrive the successful origination, deployment, and optimization of credit and lending solutions for financial institutions and partnersAnalyze client needs and translate business requirements into scalable, sustainable product designs and functional specificationsCollaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, and delivery consultants to ensure alignment and executionEngage stakeholders at all levels to understand their challenges and propose strategic, data-driven solutionsIdentify gaps in current business processes and systems and lead workshops and discussions to gather and define detailed requirementsSupport the implementation phase, ensuring quality, functionality, and alignment with business goalsProduce clear and compelling documentation, presentations, and data analysis using advanced Excel and PowerPoint skillsQualifications & SkillsProven experience in consulting, business analysis, or project roles in credit, lending, or underwriting solution contextsDeep understanding of credit decisioning processes, origination workflows, and the lending lifecycleStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to distill complex issues into actionable insightsEffective communicator, able to build trusted relationships with internal and external stakeholders across different marketsA natural curiosity for emerging technologies and a passion for innovation, digital transformation, and product developmentProficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced expertise in Excel and PowerPointCRIF is committed to creating a diverse and inclusive workplace, promoting equal opportunities throughout the career path.Work Location: Bologna.
