The Role, leadership, and strategic consulting opportunities are described for a position focused on Financial Services, including Banking, Insurance and other Financial Services clients. The role involves leading multi-disciplinary teams, guiding complex engagements, and positioning strategic change across large accounts at the CXO level. The position emphasizes growth, client relationships, and delivering high-quality client work with senior stakeholders. Responsibilities Contribute to Profitable Growth: drive significant financial outcomes through signings and revenue targets; manage margin expectations and backlog growth; support identification, pursuit and conversion of a pipeline of business development opportunities; undertake scoping and fee negotiation on engagements while ensuring profitability and managing risk. Client Engagement: build and maintain deep relationships with client CXOs; lead C-level interactions and consulting initiatives; demonstrate credibility to advise on complex engagements; enhance client satisfaction as measured by Net Promoter Score (NPS) and new relationship development; secure client references. Operational Excellence: achieve individual and team utilization targets; lead the design of complex engagements and oversee delivery to ensure high performance and customer satisfaction. Leadership, Management, People: lead by example, foster a culture of continuous development, and encourage curiosity and innovation while ensuring outcomes are commercially focused and value-adding. Strategic Contribution: leverage industry and technology expertise to shape and drive the company’s strategic initiatives; align with Kyndryl’s vision; drive external eminence and innovation; proactively develop thought leadership and intellectual capital. Required Skills and Experience Extensive experience in client engagement and relationship management at the CXO level. Demonstrable ability to build and commercialize relationships with senior executives. Proven track record of leading and executing complex projects with multi-disciplinary teams in a consulting, corporate, or public sector environment. Effective financial acumen with experience in driving revenue growth and managing margins. Experience managing or supporting high-value business development activities with senior stakeholders. Deep understanding of industry trends and technology; strong personal brand and presence in the industry. Demonstrated ability to innovate and drive change.
