Modalità di lavoro Modalità ibrida molto flessibile (richiesti 2 giorni di presenza mensili su Roma). Responsabilità Progettare e sviluppare agenti AI che eseguono autonomamente workflow complessi e a più fasi tramite API, database e interfacce front-end. Implementare framework di orchestrazione degli agenti, permettendo il coordinamento tra sotto-agenti specializzati con contesto, memoria e obiettivi condivisi. Integrare modelli linguistici di grandi dimensioni (LLM) e toolkit (es. LangChain, chiamate funzione OpenAI, Retrieval-Augmented Generation) per potenziare ragionamento, pianificazione e decisione. Collaborare con team di prodotto per mappare workflow di investimento e operativi in automazioni scalabili guidate dall'AI. Stabilire regole di sicurezza, livelli di protezione e metriche di valutazione per garantire comportamenti affidabili, interpretabili e conformi degli agenti in ambienti di produzione. Monitorare, valutare e ottimizzare continuamente le prestazioni degli agenti, sfruttando feedback, log e metriche di successo. Rimanere aggiornati sugli sviluppi emergenti nelle architetture LLM, nella coordinazione multi-agente e nei framework di workflow agentici. Contribuire allo sviluppo completo del ciclo di vita, dall'esperimento e prototipazione fino al deployment, scaling e monitoraggio di sistemi agentici. Requisiti Degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field. Strong experience developing applications using LLMs and agent frameworks (e.g., LangChain, AutoGPT, CrewAI, ReAct, etc.). Solid Python engineering skills with experience shipping production-grade systems. Strong understanding of NLP, planning, prompt engineering, and tool use via APIs. Experience with system design, vector databases, and orchestrating multi-step workflows. Excellent problem-solving skills and comfort working in an iterative, fast-paced environment. Strong written and verbal communication in English. Ability to work under pressure. #J-18808-Ljbffr
