Serás el Strategy Integrator Lead , un rol clave que fusiona la visión estratégica con la ejecución impecable de campañas. Trabajarás en el corazón de la empresa, siendo el nexo entre clientes, agencias y nuestros equipos internos, asegurando que cada proyecto sea un éxito. Liderarás equipos y proyectos : Desde la planificación hasta la entrega, guiarás campañas digitales y offline. Serás el punto de conexión : Facilitarás la comunicación entre los equipos de creatividad, producción digital, influencers y medios. Asumirás el contacto con el cliente : Entenderás sus necesidades y te encargarás de que sus ideas se traduzcan en resultados tangibles. Serás un estratega ágil : Implementarás metodologías que garanticen la eficiencia, escalabilidad y trazabilidad de los proyectos. ¿Qué buscamos en vos? Experiencia sólida : Debes tener experiencia en la entrega de proyectos creativos y un conocimiento profundo de pauta digital (banners, RRSS) y offline (vía pública, etc.). Habilidades de liderazgo : Negociación, comunicación fluida y la capacidad para motivar a los equipos son esenciales. Visión integral : Eres capaz de interpretar los briefs de los clientes y traducirlos en acciones claras para los equipos. Dominio de herramientas : Manejas Excel a un nivel avanzado y tienes conocimientos de inglés (deseable).
