Experis, per progetto presso leader globale nello streaming sportivo, cerca un Junior NOC Specialist per il mercato sportivo italiano ed internazionale, con focus sulla Serie A. Il NOC ha l’obiettivo di monitorare l’esperienza utente Glass-to-Glass (dal segnale telecamera al dispositivo di visione), garantendo la massima qualità durante gli eventi live. Il team NOC è il punto di contatto locale con i team centrali globali, supportando il ciclo di vita delle partite: pre-match, live e post-match. Il progetto prevede una formazione on the Job, non sono richieste esperienze dirette in ambito NOC. Responsabilità principali Monitoraggio proattivo dell’esperienza utente durante gli eventi live. Presenza fisica in sede durante le partite di Serie A. Analisi post-evento e follow-up sugli incidenti. Escalation verso i team globali per risoluzione di problematiche complesse. Contributo al miglioramento continuo dei processi di monitoraggio. Diploma: un percorso tecnico costituirà titolo preferenziale Buone competenze di comunicazione e collaborazione con team internazionali. Disponibilità a lavorare in sede durante gli eventi live (weekend e festivi inclusi). Passione per gli eventi sportivi Location: Cologno Monzese #J-18808-Ljbffr
