Our team is responsible for the manufacturing of high‑quality and innovative products.Work on hands‑on projects. As an Operator Specialist, you will help support the manufacturing of our components in the Talamona Diaphragm line. You will be part of a collaborative team that completes operation according to manufacturing router, instructions and schemes, respecting BH quality pillars.ResponsibilitiesOperating and troubleshooting production machines to ensure reliability, safety and deliveryPerforming and recording measurements during manufacturing and inspection process to ensure information is documentedAssisting with activities and projects to ensure successful completionFollowing operational, security and safety policies to ensure internal company complianceQualificationsHave proven experience of operating machining equipment such as mills.Be eligible for Apprenticeship contractDemonstrate excellent experience in an industrial or manufacturing environmentHave a proficient understanding of IT such as using Microsoft Office packagesBe a team player and display good communication skillsDemonstrate excellent oral and written communication skillsShow good analytical skills and an aptitude for problem solvingWork FlexibilityWe recognise that everyone is different; in this role we can confidently offer the following flexible working patterns: This role is a shift‑based working pattern.
