Our Manufacturing Operations team provides and supports industry-leading products.

**Partner with the best**

As a Grinding Operation Specialist, you will help support the manufacturing of our components in Talamona Airfoils lines

As an Operator, you will be responsible for:

- Operating and troubleshooting production machines to ensure reliability, safety and delivery
- Performing and recording measurements during manufacturing and inspection process to ensure information is documented
- Assisting with activities and projects to ensure successful completion
- Following operational, security and safety polices to ensure internal company compliance

To be successful in this role you will:

- Have High School Diploma / GED from an accredited school or institution
- Follow instructions, responds to management direction
- Have a demonstrable technical mindset and approach with attention to detail.
