**Work on hands-on projects**

As a Milling Operation Specialist, you will help support the manufacturing of our components and you will be part of a collaborative team that enables the successful production of our energy products. You will play a vital role in ensuring the high-quality of our completed equipment.

As a Milling Operation Specialist, you will be responsible for:

- Operating and troubleshooting production machines to ensure reliability and safety
- Performing and recording measurements during manufacturing and inspection process to ensure information is documented
- Assisting with activities and projects to ensure successful completion
- Following operational, security and safety polices to ensure internal company compliance

**Fuel your passion**

To be successful in this role you will:

- Have a technical diploma, Degree or equivalent, related work experience
- Have proven experience of operating machining equipment such as mills.
- Demonstrate excellent experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment
- Have a proficient understanding of IT such as using Microsoft Office packages
- Demonstrate knowledge of machine set-up activities
- Be a team player, have excellent communication skills and be fluent in Italian
- Show good analytical skills and an aptitude for problem solving
