Made in Durst. Als Applications Delivery Manager übernimmst du die Verantwortung für die erfolgreiche Umsetzung von IT-Projekten rund um unsere Business-Applikationen. Du verbindest technisches Verständnis mit ausgeprägter Projektmanagement- und Kommunikationsstärke und sorgst dafür, dass aus Anforderungen der Fachbereiche zukunftsfähige, integrierte Lösungen entstehen. Aufgabenschwerpunkte Du leitest unternehmensweite IT-Projekte im Applikationsumfeld – von der Planung über die Umsetzung bis zum erfolgreichen Go-Live. Du fungierst als zentrale Ansprechperson zwischen Fachabteilungen, IT-Teams und externen Partnern. Du bringst deine Expertise in Architekturfragen, Integrationsanforderungen und Applikationsdesign ein – immer mit Blick auf Performance, Sicherheit und Standards. Du behältst Budget, Zeitplan und Qualitätsziele im Blick, dokumentierst den Projektfortschritt und berichtest an den Chief Information Officer. Du identifizierst Potenziale zur Optimierung der Applikationslandschaft und hältst dich über neue Technologien auf dem Laufenden. Anforderungen Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich (Wirtschafts-)Informatik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation. Mehrjährige Erfahrung im IT-Projektmanagement – idealerweise im Umfeld von Business-Applikationen. Gutes technisches Verständnis von Applikationsarchitekturen, Integrationen und Schnittstellen (z.B. zu Azure, Microsoft 365, CRM- oder Workflow-Plattformen). Starke kommunikative Fähigkeiten und Erfahrung im Umgang mit unterschiedlichen Stakeholdern. Strukturierte Arbeitsweise, Organisationstalent und ein hohes Maß an Eigenverantwortung.
