HV Battery System Engineer - Automotive

La risorsa verrà inserita nel team ePowertrain dove, a supporto del Quality Manager, si occuperà del monitoraggio qualitativo dello sviluppo di una batteria ad alta tensione.

Nello specifico svolgerà le seguenti attività:

condurre più progetti contemporaneamente, dalla fase di fattibilità alla valutazione della qualità post-lancio e per tutta la durata della produzione valutare, monitorare e migliorare il comportamento qualitativo del prodotto, interfacciandosi con i clienti per raccogliere feedback ed elaborare soluzioni efficaci definire le prestazioni della qualità e fornire una valutazione del rischio di guasti sulla produzione futura, al fine di determinare il costo del prodotto in termini di garanzia assicurare un supporto continuo alla qualità delle piattaforme ePWT, durante l'intero processo di sviluppo  garantire un processo di miglioramento continuo incentrato anche sulla qualità della produzione e dei fornitori garantire l'attuazione dei processi di qualità e il raggiungimento degli obiettivi richiesti dal cliente

Profile

Il candidato ideale è in possesso di una Laurea Magistrale in Ingegneria Elettrica, Meccatronica, dell'Autoveicolo  o equivalente, ha maturato almeno un anno di esperienza in ambito Automotive , in particolare nel settore dell' electrification ed ha conoscenze in ambito qualità, normative energetiche, sostenibilità ambientale e settore dell'elettrificazione.

Completano il profilo proattività, problem solving, ottime doti comunicative, teamworking, leadership e una fluente conoscenza della lingua italiana ed inglese.
