The candidate will support the Site Manager in the technical and operational management of work relating to industrial plants, contributing to the smooth progress of activities in terms of time, cost, quality, and safety. He/she will collaborate with technicians, workers, subcontractors, and project management, ensuring the daily coordination of the site and the execution of the work in accordance with company standards and current regulations. Requirements Technical diploma (mechanical, electrical, or thermal engineering) or equivalent qualification Safety training courses (Supervisor, PES/PAV, site coordination) At least 3 years’ previous experience as Deputy Site Manager, preferably in the plant engineering or metalworking sector. Experience in managing contracts in sectors such as industrial piping, carpentry, mechanical/thermomechanical systems, or industrial assembly. Excellent knowledge of workplace safety regulations. Leadership and team management skills. Good organizational and problem-solving skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Willingness to travel throughout the country.
