The candidate will support the Site Manager in the technical and operational management of work relating to industrial plants, contributing to the smooth progress of activities in terms of time, cost, quality and safety.

They will collaborate with technicians, workers, subcontractors and site management, ensuring the daily coordination of the site and the execution of work in accordance with company standards and current regulations.

Requirements

  • Technical diploma (mechanical, electrical or thermal engineering) or equivalent qualification.
  • Safety training courses (Supervisor, PES/PAV, site coordination).
  • At least 3 years' previous experience as Deputy Site Manager, preferably in the plant engineering or metalworking sector.
  • Experience in managing contracts in sectors such as industrial piping, carpentry, mechanical/thermomechanical systems or industrial assembly.
  • Excellent knowledge of workplace safety regulations.
  • Leadership and team management skills.
  • Good organisational and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Willingness to travel throughout the country.
