Join to apply for the Culture and Operation Coordinator role at BitBoss We are looking for a passionate individual to support various wide‑ranging processes that are not directly related to the projects we develop. About the role As "Culture and Operation Coordinator", you will manage activities related to company culture, employee wellbeing and office life, and identify operational areas where support is needed to keep all the gears of BitBoss running smoothly. You will work closely with many teams and people, requiring a deep understanding of our workings, strengths and weaknesses. You will apply research principles, conduct systematic problem analysis, formulate and test hypotheses, compare solutions and evaluate performance and outcomes. Responsibilities Promote and maintain company values, ensuring they are integrated into all activities and practices. Develop initiatives that improve employee and stakeholder wellbeing. Organise internal events and activities. Manage internal communication so team members are informed and engaged. Collaborate with different departments to optimise processes and workflow. Identify bottlenecks in existing processes and propose solutions to enhance efficiency. Assist in HR operations such as recruiting, onboarding and staff training. Ensure effective communication during organisational changes or the implementation of new policies. Support founders in client communications and process organisation. Provide logistical and administrative support, including supplier and contract management. Supervise the organisation of workspaces. Qualifications While there are no stringent requirements, we value: Interest in innovation and digital technology. Cross‑functional skills, curiosity about diverse subjects, and proactivity. Strong communication, empathy and collaborative abilities across varied backgrounds. A basic understanding of business operations. Ability to think deeply and analytically, and to act as a "mini CEO" of the area you are responsible for. Contract type Internship—up to 6 months with a reimbursement of €600–€800 per month. Extensive training is required, and the goal is a potential full‑time role after successful completion. Location Regular presence at our office in Torino, i3p is required, especially at the start. Remote work may be possible later, but physical presence is essential for rapid feedback cycles.
