Partner with the best The Project Manager is responsible for project delivery, profit & loss accountability, and customer satisfaction through management of project related activities and resources. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for : Addressing and resolving commercial issues, managing correspondence, providing periodic updates, ensuring customer satisfaction and negotiating / coordinating with staff as appropriate; Keeping track in BH systems of all records and aspects of the project; Meeting and enhancing financial performances of the project, including cash flow, revenues and margin expansion; Securing project on-time delivery in accordance with contractual terms and conditions; Managing project risk including any financial exposure, claims, variation orders, LLs and effective project closeout; Leading a project team in a matrix environment and initiate corrective actions where appropriate to make sure project execution is flawless; Building up a long term relationship with the Customer based on accountability and trust; Creating a positive and collaborative environment which enables team mates to perform at their best. Fuel your passion To be successful in this role you will : Have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business or equivalent from an accredited university or college; Have work experience in project execution environment in complex technology market; Demonstrate good leadership and communication skills with fluency in English and Italian; Be a self-starter, proactively taking the initiative to identify and solve problems; Show ability to drive and manage changes in an ambiguous scenario.
