Responsibilities Address commercial issues, manage correspondence, provide periodic updates, ensure customer satisfaction, and negotiate/co‑coordinate with staff as appropriate; Keep track in BH systems of all records and aspects of the project; Meet and enhance financial performance of the project, including cash flow, revenues and margin expansion; Secure on‑time delivery in accordance with contractual terms and conditions; Manage project risk, including financial exposure, claims, variation orders, LLs and effective closeout; Lead a project team in a matrix environment and initiate corrective actions where appropriate to ensure flawless execution; Build long‑term relationships with the customer based on accountability and trust; Create a positive and collaborative environment that enables teammates to perform at their best. Qualifications Have a bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business or an equivalent from an accredited university or college; Have work experience in a project execution environment in a complex technology market; Demonstrate good leadership and communication skills with fluency in English and Italian; Be a self‑starter, proactively identifying and solving problems; Show ability to drive and manage changes in an ambiguous scenario; candidates must be able to detect risks ahead and develop adaptive strategies/remedies; Demonstrate ability to work in a matrix organization; Flexible Working Patterns Working flexible hours – flex the times when you work during the day to fit everything in and work when you are most productive; Hybrid working arrangement – frequent home working where projects allow.
