HR Strategic Planning Manager at PRAXI Mission The role ensures organizational development and workforce & labour cost planning through advanced HR analysis, adopting a strategic planning and forecasting approach to align workforce actions with business needs. Main activities Workforce and headcount planning aligned with strategic and business priorities; Development of HR plans and labour cost forecasts linked to economic and financial indicators; Scenario analysis, sensitivity assessments and evaluation of organizational impacts; Assessment of tools supporting workforce planning (union agreements, mobility schemes, rightsizing measures); Monitoring plan progress and defining corrective actions; Production of advanced reporting on workforce trends, labour costs and organizational dynamics; Definition of metrics and reference parameters for personnel budgeting and planning; Management of relationships with internal international stakeholders. Requirements Must have Solid experience in workforce planning , labour cost management and strategic planning , gained in complex organizations or consulting environments; Fluent English knowledge ; Proven and successful experience in People Management ; Strong analytical capabilities and ability to integrate HR data with financial and economic indicators. Nice to have Previous experience in Finance / Planning & Control / Strategic Planning; Knowledge of reporting, control, budgeting & forecasting techniques; Mastery of workforce planning models; Skills in statistical analysis and sensitivity / What-If analysis; Familiarity with rightsizing processes and union agreement management; Ability to interact effectively with international stakeholders in complex contexts; Degree in Economics or Management Engineering.
