As the first point of contact, you will be essential in setting the tone for a luxury experience, managing the hotel entrance, and ensuring every guest feels recognized and valued from the moment they arrive. If you have a commanding presence and a passion for genuine hospitality, this is your moment. Primary Responsibilities Include Greeting all guests with a warm and professional demeanor, opening car and hotel doors. Managing the flow of traffic at the hotel entrance, coordinating with valets and porters. Assisting guests with luggage and directing them to the reception or concierge. Providing guests with basic information about the hotel and local area. Maintaining the security and pristine appearance of the hotel entrance and lobby. Hailing taxis and arranging transportation for guests. Recognizing repeat guests and VIPs. What You Bring: Previous experience as a Doorman or in a similar guest-facing role within a 5-star luxury hotel. Impeccable personal presentation and grooming standards. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. A confident, proactive, and courteous personality. Fluent in Italian and English. Additional languages are a strong advantage.
