Primary Responsibilities Perform daily audit processes, balance all hotel accounts, and generate reports. Handle guest check‑ins and check‑outs efficiently during night hours. Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally overnight. Ensure the security of the hotel and guests, monitoring premises during the night shift. Prepare for the next day’s operations, including setting up systems and reports. Process financial transactions, including payments, postings, and reconciliations. Maintain accurate records and ensure data integrity across all systems. liaise with other departments for smooth handover and continuous operation. What You Bring Previous experience as a Night Auditor in a 5‑star luxury hotel. Proficiency with hotel management systems (HMS) and Microsoft Excel. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A polished, professional appearance and demeanour. Strong problem‑solving abilities and grace under pressure. Fluent in Italian and English (both written and spoken).
