Working diligently behind the scenes, you will be responsible for balancing the day's accounts and preparing the hotel for the next day's activities, all while maintaining our high standards of guest service for any late‑night arrivals or inquiries. If you are a meticulous professional with a strong understanding of financial processes, a commitment to accuracy, and the ability to operate independently in a luxury environment, we invite you to join our dedicated team.Primary ResponsibilitiesPerform daily audit processes, balance all hotel accounts, and generate reports.Handle guest check‑ins and check‑outs efficiently during night hours.Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally overnight.Ensure the security of the hotel and guests, monitoring premises during the night shift.Prepare for the next day’s operations, including setting up systems and reports.Process financial transactions, including payments, postings, and reconciliations.Maintain accurate records and ensure data integrity across all systems.liaise with other departments for smooth handover and continuous operation.What You BringPrevious experience as a Night Auditor in a 5‑star luxury hotel.Proficiency with hotel management systems (HMS) and Microsoft Excel.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.A polished, professional appearance and demeanour.Strong problem‑solving abilities and grace under pressure.Fluent in Italian and English (both written and spoken).What We OfferSeasonal contract in accordance with "C.C.N.L.
