If you possess a keen eye for detail, a strong work ethic, and a passion for upholding the highest levels of hygiene and presentation, we invite you to contribute your skills to our esteemed property.Primary ResponsibilitiesAssisting the Housekeeping Manager in supervising and coordinating the team's daily operations.Training and mentoring Housekeeping staff on cleaning protocols, standards, and guest service.Conducting quality control inspections of guest rooms and public areas to ensure excellence.Supporting the Manager in managing inventory, ordering supplies, and controlling costs.Reporting and ensuring timely follow-up on maintenance issues and guest-related requests.Assisting in implementing and enforcing all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.Helping with staff scheduling, performance monitoring, and team motivation.Liaising with other departments to ensure seamless operational flow and guest satisfaction.What You BringProven experience (2-3 years) in a supervisory or team leader role within Housekeeping, preferably in luxury hospitality.Strong leadership and team-building skills, with experience in training and motivating staff.Exceptional attention to detail and a comprehensive understanding of luxury cleaning standards.Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities, capable of managing daily operations effectively.Proficiency in inventory management, scheduling, and basic administrative tasks.Thorough knowledge of health, safety, and hygiene regulations relevant to housekeeping.Ability to work independently and collaboratively, supporting the Housekeeping Manager's vision.Good communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.What We Offer At Belmond we pride ourselves on fostering a culture built on kindness, active listening, and genuine connections with our colleagues and guests.
