With over 58 years of experience, EGLA has grown from a local Italian manufacturer to the world market leader.Joining us means becoming part of a global network of professionals working together to shape the future of energy transition, ensuring maximum efficiency and sustainability for the world and our customers.We are currently recruiting a Senior Accountant to join our Administration & Finance team.ResponsibilitiesSupport general accounting activities and ensure accurate and timely processing of transactions, including management of vendor invoices;Manage the full lifecycle of fixed assets autonomously, ensuring compliance with internal policies and accounting standards;Assist in monthly and year-end closing activities, contributing to the preparation of statutory financial statements;Handle periodic tax obligations and ensure compliance with Italian fiscal regulations;Perform reconciliations of balance sheet accounts and ensure data accuracy and consistency;Prepare financial reports and balance sheet analyses to support management decisions;Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external auditors, ensuring efficient information flow and high-quality documentation.RequirementsProven experience (5+ years) in accounting roles, preferably within structured and industrial environments.Educational background in Accounting, Finance, or Economics.Solid knowledge of Italian accounting principles (OIC) and current tax regulations.Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Excel; experience with SAP is considered a plus.High level of accuracy, reliability, and attention to detail.Strong organizational skills, autonomy, and ability to manage deadlines effectively.Analytical mindset combined with problem-solving abilities.Team-oriented approach and strong communication skills.LocationBaranzate (MI) – On-site role.#J-18808-Ljbffr
