Service Associate Project Manager

For our Business Unit High Voltage based in Lodi, we are looking for a Service Project Manager (PM) who will be responsible for leading the execution of projects and ensuring that all related activities are carried out in accordance with company procedures, contract specifications, quality standards, health, safety & environment requirements, as well as cost/profitability and scheduling targets.
Your responsibilities:- Define, jointly with the Project Controls department, all project plan documents, including scope and financial plans, schedule, and risk management plans;
- Ensure that the project follows execution best practices and company policies. Monitor and control project progress, resource utilization, financials, invoicing, costs, expenses, and cash flow. Identify and manage risks, pursue opportunities, share lessons learned, and ensure proper project closure and customer acknowledgment;
- Apply contract and claims management policies, coordinate procurement with Supply Chain Management, and support negotiations, claims, and project changes;
- Act as the key contact and escalation point for the customer, maintaining strong stakeholder relationships and effective communication;
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental policies.
- Excellent knowledge of English and Italian;
- Good problem-solving and communication skills;
- PMI/PMP certification is a plus;
- SAP knowledge is a plus;
- Previous project management experience of at least 1-2 years is preferred.
