For our Business Unit High Voltage based in Lodi, we are looking for a Service Project Manager (PM) who will be responsible for leading the execution of projects and ensuring that all related activities are carried out in accordance with company procedures, contract specifications, quality standards, health, safety & environment requirements, cost/profitability targets, and scheduling targets.

Your responsibilities include:

  1. Defining, jointly with the Project Controls department, all project plan documents, including scope, financial plans, schedule, and risk management plans;
  2. Ensuring the project follows execution best practices and company policies. Monitoring and controlling project progress, resource utilization, financials, invoicing, costs, expenses, and cash flow. Managing risks and opportunities, sharing lessons learned, and ensuring formal project closure and customer acknowledgment;
  3. Applying contract and claims management in accordance with company policies and contractual agreements. Coordinating procurement of services, materials, and equipment, and supporting negotiations and claims;
  4. Acting as the key contact for the customer and an escalation point for project issues. Building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders and communicating effectively;
  5. Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental policies.

Your background:

  • Excellent knowledge of English and Italian;
  • Good problem-solving and communication skills;
  • PMI/PMP certification is a plus;
  • SAP knowledge is a plus;
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in project management is preferred.
