Sales Representative – Earthmoving Equipment (Excavators, Wheel Loaders) Location : Bologna, Emilia-Romagna, Italy As a Sales Representative, you will support the sales and promotion of XCMG earthmoving equipment, focusing on excavators and wheel loaders within Italy, contributing to monthly and annual sales targets. Responsibilities Support and develop sales activities through the dealer network Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers to drive commercial performance and market presence Support product presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions in collaboration with the technical team Maintain regular contact with key customers and major rental companies to understand their needs and generate new business opportunities Monitor market trends, competitor activity, dealer performance, and customer feedback, providing structured input to the sales team Qualifications At least 2 years of experience in sales roles within construction equipment or earthmoving machinery Background in excavators, wheel loaders or similar machinery is a strong advantage Degree in Business, Engineering or equivalent professional experience in the industry Fluent in Italian and English (spoken and written) Strong communication, negotiation and relationship‑building skills Commercial mindset with good market awareness and customer focus Willingness to travel across Italy and occasionally abroad Why Join XCMG Italy?
