If you are driven by purpose, excited about innovation, and passionate about building a connected future, we’d love to have you join us About the Role As an IT Help Desk Specialist at SIAE MICROELETTRONICA, you will play a key role in ensuring the reliability, efficiency, and security of our IT ecosystem. You will be responsible for supporting employees across the organization, managing devices and software, and administering key Microsoft environments. Your work will directly contribute to maintaining smooth daily operations and enabling our teams to work effectively. Responsibilities Manage and administer Microsoft Office 365, Intune, and Defender suites to ensure secure and efficient user operations. Prepare and configure laptops, desktops, printers, and smartphones for new and existing employees. Provide timely remote and on-site technical support to users, troubleshooting hardware, software, and connectivity issues. Maintain and update IT asset inventories, ensuring accurate tracking of all company equipment. Oversee software installation, maintenance, and compliance on company computers, keeping systems up to date and aligned with internal policies. Collaborate with the IT team to identify recurring issues and contribute to process improvements. Key Requirements Technical diploma or bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field. Proven experience in IT help desk support or similar roles. Hands-on experience with Microsoft Office 365 administration, Intune device management, and Defender security solutions. Practical experience preparing and troubleshooting PCs, printers, and mobile devices. Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and standard workplace applications. Ability to manage IT inventories and maintain accurate documentation. Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented mindset. Strong communication and teamwork abilities. Why Join Us?
