Apply nowResponsibilities:Configure, manage, and troubleshoot Cisco collaboration tools (CUCM, CUBE, Gateways, UCCx)Support and maintain Webex Cloud services (Webex Calling, Webex Contact Center)Monitor voice and video service performanceCollaborate with network, security, and systems teams to ensure end-to-end service stabilityContribute to improving processes and configurations (no architecture design required)Provide operational support for existing collaboration environmentsSkills / Must Have:Experience with Cisco Collaboration tools (CUCM, CUBE, Gateways, UCCx)Hands-on Webex Cloud experience (Calling & Contact Center)Familiarity with VoIP protocols: SIP, H.323, MGCPSolid understanding of networking basics (IP, switching)Troubleshooting skills in enterprise environmentsCCNA certification (required)Strong communication, initiative, and teamworkBenefits:Technical and professional development opportunitiesHigh-profile enterprise projectsOngoing certification supportCollaborative and forward-thinking team cultureSalary:€35,000 – €45,000 per year (depending on experience)#J-18808-Ljbffr
