Responsibilities:
- Configure, manage, and troubleshoot Cisco collaboration tools (CUCM, CUBE, Gateways, UCCx)
- Support and maintain Webex Cloud services (Webex Calling, Webex Contact Center)
- Monitor voice and video service performance
- Collaborate with network, security, and systems teams to ensure end-to-end service stability
- Contribute to improving processes and configurations (no architecture design required)
- Provide operational support for existing collaboration environments
Skills / Must Have:
- Experience with Cisco Collaboration tools (CUCM, CUBE, Gateways, UCCx)
- Hands-on Webex Cloud experience (Calling & Contact Center)
- Familiarity with VoIP protocols: SIP, H.323, MGCP
- Solid understanding of networking basics (IP, switching)
- Troubleshooting skills in enterprise environments
- CCNA certification (required)
- Strong communication, initiative, and teamwork

Salary:
- €35,000 – €45,000 per year (depending on experience)
