Overview We are looking for a Senior SEO Specialist to join our team, with a strong background in editorial and technical SEO and a growing exposure to AI-driven SEO solutions. The role sits at the intersection of strategy and execution: the ideal candidate is hands‑on, analytically solid, and comfortable working on complex SEO projects while collaborating closely with clients and internal teams. This position is ideal for a professional with around 2–4 years of experience, ready to take ownership of SEO initiatives and contribute actively to innovation in organic search. Key Responsibilities Contribute to the design and execution of SEO strategies aligned with client objectives and Italian market dynamics. Optimise content using editorial SEO best practices, supporting keyword‑driven storytelling, internal linking, and semantic relevance. Apply geo‑targeting and localisation techniques to improve visibility across regional and local SERPs. Support the use of LLMs and GenAI tools for content briefs, keyword clustering, and search intent analysis, integrating AI into day‑to‑day SEO activities. Perform technical audits and monitoring using tools such as Google Search Console, SEMrush, and Lumar, identifying issues and supporting their resolution. Conduct advanced keyword research for the Italian market, combining traditional methods with AI‑based clustering and analysis. Monitor KPIs and organic performance using Google Search Console, Adobe Analytics, and SEO platforms; contribute to reports and actionable insights. Participate in client calls and presentations, supporting performance reviews and strategic recommendations. Requirements Native or fluent Italian, with good professional English. 2–4 years of experience in SEO, covering both technical and editorial aspects. Solid understanding of on‑page, off‑page, and technical SEO fundamentals. Initial hands‑on experience or strong interest in AI‑driven SEO tools (LLMs, GenAI, automation). Familiarity with local, geo‑targeted, and multilingual SEO. Practical experience with SEO and analytics tools such as Lumar (or similar crawling tools). Ability to work autonomously while collaborating within a team. Nice to Have Experience working with enterprise or multi‑brand websites. Exposure to international SEO projects.
