Junior Relationship Manager – See True PartnersAs a Junior Relationship Manager, you will support Senior Relationship Managers throughout the client acquisition and relationship management cycle. This role involves active participation in deal execution, coordination with internal teams, and contributing to the branch’s commercial strategy.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist Senior Relationship Managers in Client acquisition process, including research and preparation of pitch materialDeal execution flow, ensuring timely and accurate coordinationCross‑selling initiatives, liaising with internal departments to maximize client valueAccount planning and budgeting, supporting strategic objectivesMonitoring commercial activity and reviewing portfolio performanceMain TasksPrepare research, pitch books, and meeting materials for new client acquisitionAnalyze transaction profitability and monitor overall client returnsDraft pricing committee notes and credit papersCoordinate with Middle Office for client onboarding and KYC documentationParticipate fully in deal execution processesLiaise with product and coverage teams at Head OfficeRequirementsMinimum 2 years of experience as a junior member in coverage or product teams within CIB division in another reputable Italian or international bank with presence in ItalySolid commercial and analytical skillsBasic knowledge of corporate banking products and financial analysisFluent in Italian and English (written and spoken)Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially ExcelAbility to thrive in a multicultural environmentSeniority levelAssociateEmployment typeFull‑timeJob functionBusiness DevelopmentIndustriesBanking and Investment Banking#J-18808-Ljbffr
