Junior Relationship Manager – See True Partners As a Junior Relationship Manager, you will support Senior Relationship Managers throughout the client acquisition and relationship management cycle. This role involves active participation in deal execution, coordination with internal teams, and contributing to the branch’s commercial strategy. Key Responsibilities Assist Senior Relationship Managers in Client acquisition process , including research and preparation of pitch material Deal execution flow , ensuring timely and accurate coordination Cross‑selling initiatives , liaising with internal departments to maximize client value Account planning and budgeting , supporting strategic objectives Monitoring commercial activity and reviewing portfolio performance Main Tasks Prepare research, pitch books, and meeting materials for new client acquisition Analyze transaction profitability and monitor overall client returns Draft pricing committee notes and credit papers Coordinate with Middle Office for client onboarding and KYC documentation Participate fully in deal execution processes Liaise with product and coverage teams at Head Office Requirements Minimum 2 years of experience as a junior member in coverage or product teams within CIB division in another reputable Italian or international bank with presence in Italy Solid commercial and analytical skills Basic knowledge of corporate banking products and financial analysis Fluent in Italian and English (written and spoken) Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel Ability to thrive in a multicultural environment Seniority level Associate Employment type Full‑time Job function Business Development Industries Banking and Investment Banking #J-18808-Ljbffr
