Monitor emerging threats and abuse patterns, study compliance and regulatory requirements, and ensure their seamless integration into products loved by millions.Implement our Trust & Safety framework. Adapt general best practices to product‑specific risks and needs, collaborating with Product and Engineering teams to embed safety into features and workflows.Cooperate with moderation teams. Ensure clarity on evolving policies, streamline moderation processes, and personally handle critical or sensitive escalations whenever necessary.QualificationsReasoning ability. Solve complex problems from first principles, structure ideas sharply, resist biases, and focus on the details that matter.Drive. Be extremely ambitious, take initiative, show effort and tenacity, and hold yourself to a high, rising bar.Team spirit. Typical annual salary ranges: £41,255 (London) / €39,892 (Europe). For those with considerable experience, ranges are between £56,345–£85,797 (London) and €54,346–€82,557 (Europe). Compensation varies by location and expected impact and can grow rapidly. Permanent contract holders may also receive equity at a discounted price.
