Monitor emerging threats and abuse patterns, study compliance and regulatory requirements, and ensure their seamless integration into products loved by millions. Implement our Trust & Safety framework . Adapt general best practices to product‑specific risks and needs, collaborating with Product and Engineering teams to embed safety into features and workflows. Cooperate with moderation teams . Ensure clarity on evolving policies, streamline moderation processes, and personally handle critical or sensitive escalations whenever necessary. What we look for Reasoning ability . Typical annual salary starts at £41,255 in London or €39,892 elsewhere in Europe, varying by location and impact, and growing rapidly with experience. Permanent contract holders can receive some pay in company equity at a discounted price. Relocation to Italy may include a 50% tax cut. All these benefits .
