ResponsibilitiesEnhance user safety. Monitor emerging threats, abuse patterns, and study compliance and regulatory requirements to integrate them into products loved by millions. Implement our Trust & Safety framework. Adapt best practices to product-specific risks, working with Product and Engineering to embed safety into features and workflows. Cooperate with moderation teams. Ensure clarity on evolving policies, streamline moderation processes, and personally handle critical or sensitive escalations when necessary.QualificationsReasoning ability. Solve complex problems from first principles, structure ideas sharply, resist bias, and focus on details that matter. Drive. Ambitious in everything you do.
