Operiamo con un modello “zero investimento”, offrendo soluzioni chiavi in mano per impianti fotovoltaici e interventi di efficienza energetica ad alte prestazioni.Perché questo ruoloSiamo in una fase di espansione rapida e cerchiamo una figura chiave per consolidare l’execution dei progetti di efficienza energetica. Il Project Manager Energy Efficiency sarà il punto di riferimento operativo per la messa a terra degli interventi su siti industriali e retail, garantendo qualità, tempi e performance energetiche misurabili. È una posizione strategica per sostenere la crescita del portafoglio progetti e assicurare una delivery impeccabile in un contesto in evoluzione.Cosa farai• Gestirai progetti di efficientamento energetico (HVAC, refrigerazione, utilities di processo) assicurando il rispetto di tempi, budget e performance.• Coordinerai studi di ingegneria, fornitori, subappaltatori e partner locali.• Controllerai avanzamenti lavori, SAL, pianificazioni e milestone operative.• Conduci sopralluoghi, supervisioni commissioning e consegna impianti.• Ti occuperai di gare e procurement tecnico/economico.• Gestirai la comunicazione verso clienti, garantendo trasparenza e collaborazione.• Supporterai la preparazione di offerte tecnico-economiche e contribuirai al miglioramento continuo dei processi.Chi cerchiamoRequisiti essenziali• Laurea in ingegneria o ambito tecnico equivalente.• 3–5 anni di esperienza in Project Management nel settore efficienza energetica, ESCO o impiantistica.• Esperienza solida nella fase esecutiva (cantieri, fornitori, commissioning).• Ottima conoscenza di Excel e strumenti di project planning (MS Project o equivalenti).• Inglese fluente e disponibilità a brevi trasferte in Italia.Requisiti graditi• Conoscenza di Certificati Bianchi, Conto Termico o normativa FGAS.• Conoscenze base di AutoCAD o software di disegno tecnico.• Certificazione EGE o esperienza in contratti performance-based.Soft skills• Capacità organizzativa e di problem solving.• Leadership collaborativa e visione operativa.• Orientamento al risultato e attenzione alla qualità.• Spirito di squadra e attitudine imprenditoriale.Cosa offriamo• RAL 40–45K + bonus annuale, da definire in base all’esperienza.• Contratto a tempo indeterminato.• Modalità ibrida (2 giorni di smart working a settimana).• Sede di lavoro: Milano.• Ambiente dinamico, internazionale e meritocratico.• Percorsi di crescita rapidi con possibilità di sviluppo verso ruoli senior o di coordinamento.Call to ActionSe vuoi contribuire alla transizione energetica e lavorare su progetti concreti che generano impatto ambientale positivo, inviaci il tuo CV Il processo di selezione include l’invio del CV, un breve test tecnico situazionale, una call introduttiva con Mastro HR e un incontro con l’hiring manager.
