Responsibilities
- Prospect and Generate Leads: Take an active role in lead generation to convert potential clients into successful closings. Utilize various prospecting techniques, including cold calling, networking, online marketing, and social media, to expand your client base and maximize sales opportunities.
- Nurture and Convert Leads: Develop relationships with leads and nurture them through effective communication and follow-up strategies. Understand their needs, provide personalized solutions, and guide them through the buying process to ensure a successful closing.
- Conduct Property Research and Showings: Stay informed about the local real estate market, including current inventory, pricing trends, and neighborhood developments. Conduct property research to match clients with suitable listings and schedule and conduct showings to showcase properties and highlight their unique features.
- Provide Exceptional Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service to create a positive buying experience for clients. Respond promptly to inquiries, address concerns, and provide accurate and up-to-date information throughout the buying process. Build trust and rapport with clients to foster long-term relationships and generate referrals.
- Consistent lead follow-up to grow the sales pipeline.
- Have local knowledge of the community to answer questions about potential homes and the surrounding neighborhood.
- Provide world-class customer service to clients to ensure their satisfaction and trust and increase sales volume.
- Hold buyer and seller consultations to find out their needs and wants in a home, then find a home to meet those needs.
- Create written purchase offers for buyer clients to create a quick and easy closing process.
Qualifications

- Self-Motivated and Independent: Possess a high level of self-motivation and the ability to work independently. Take initiative, set goals, and drive your own success, proactively seeking out new prospects and opportunities.
- Proven Track Record of Sales Success: Provide verifiable evidence of real estate sales totaling at least $3,000,000 in the last 18 months. Demonstrate the ability to close deals and achieve outstanding results, highlighting your sales achievements and successful client relationships.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and networking skills.
- Top-notch time management skills and highly organized.
- Self-motivation and drive.
- A successful and proven sales history is preferred.
- Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies.
Compensation
$100,000 at plan earnings
