You Know What Setup Of Our Solutions Will Satisfy Their Needs, Therefore, These Here Are Your Most Important Tasks Provide the logistics supports to the Project deliveries, including suppliers tendering, RFQs, and transportation solution design, road survey. Follow up the deliveries and coordinate all the resources to ensure that the last miles of the project delivery are performed on time in full. Work closely with Project managers as well as all related internal and external peers to ensure that the last miles delivery is performed well. Minimize cost with the most efficient method, manage supplier KPIs to achieve the best performance required. Solve problems and optimize processes. Manage the logistics process and documents to ensure compliance. Take care of invoicing and monthly reporting. Your profile Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics in an international company, preferably with project management and project delivery experience. Very good knowledge of international forwarding, customs clearance, EU inland transportation, incoterms, LCs. Road survey experience for project delivery is a consideration for this position. Good knowledge of overweight and dangerous goods transportation and handling. Experience with logistics service provider tendering and management processes. Able to work in a fast-paced, changing environment, with strong leadership and influencing skills. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Very good presentation skills to present ideas and professional advice to stakeholders. A data-oriented and orderly way of working. English (C1) and Italian (C1) as working languages; Spanish and Chinese are a plus. Multitasker and able to work under pressure. Good knowledge of computers and systems: ERP, WMS, TMS, MS Office.
