The person we are looking for will be inserted into the Customer Service team as a Customer Service Specialist at our Global Headquarter in Piombino Dese, PD, Italy. The candidate will initially focus on our English‑speaking clients, with the opportunity to follow others based on his/her linguistic skills.ResponsibilitiesElaborates sales order fulfilment management, tracks and monitors the related documents, commercial offers and contractsManages the operative process of the sales ordersManages and supports customer relationships from the Headquarters (contracts, reports Meeting minutes, meeting follow‑ups etc.)Helps in organizing visits / audits at the HeadquartersSupports the management of the sales forecast for his/her assigned areaWorks with Account Managers to guarantee customer satisfactionQualificationsEducation: BA Degree in Modern Languages, Foreign Trading, Economics as preferredExperience: 1/2 years of experience in a similar roleLanguages: Fluency in English is required; German or French is considered a plusExperience using Microsoft Office suiteAdditional SkillsAttention to detailGood negotiation skillsTeam workPrecisionCustomer centric attitudeAbout UsWe are a dynamic organization with great customers and a culture where people are valued and empowered to deliver amazing results.
