As a RIS Trainee, you will join the Marketing team, the digital heart of our organization.## ## You will have the unique opportunity to learn how software and data-driven insights can transform lab efficiency and improve patient outcomes.## You won't just be an intern; you will be a Catalyst for digital change, supporting our Business Solutions Leads in delivering cutting-edge digital health solutions to our customers.## ## What you will do## ## During this journey, you will be mentored to:## * ## Support Digital Strategy: Help in the deployment and positioning of digital solutions (SaaS, Decision Support, Lab Optimization) within the Italian market.* ## Project Management: Collaborate in cross-functional projects, ensuring that digital implementations meet customer needs and timelines.* ## Market & Data Analysis: Dive into market trends and internal data to identify new opportunities for digital growth.* ## Customer Engagement: Support the team in preparing presentations and demos for IT managers, lab directors, and clinicians, learning how to speak the language of "Value-Based Healthcare."* ## Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Support to ensure a seamless integration between our hardware and digital portfolio.## ## Who you are## You are someone who wants to influence your own development.
