Don’t miss the chance to shape your #FutureInSight with us Your role As Quality Process Engineer you will have the opportunity to experience what it is like to manage a highly complex Manufacturing Department, assuring excellent quality standards. Main responsibilities: Conduct data analysis to identify trends, root causes, and areas for improvement in quality and processes. Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and quality metrics. Collaborate with production supervisors, operators, and maintenance teams to address quality issues and ensure smooth workflows. Investigating and troubleshooting quality related product or production issues. Support the implementation of process improvement projects to enhance quality standards. Develop and maintain quality-related documentation, ensuring compliance with company and industry standards. Main requirements: At least 2 years of experience in a complex environment as Quality Engineer. Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Management Engineering, or a related field. Good knowledge of Quality tools (Fishbone, 5 whys, root cause analysis, …). Good Knowledge of Ms Office. Basics of Statistics. Ability to work collaboratively with all levels of company staff. Analytical skills with the ability to interpret and leverage data for decision-making.
