ENVISION YOUR FUTURE JOB We are seeking a young, motivated, curious, and enterprising talent to join us at our Operations Headquarters in Agordo (BL) or our Plant in Sedico (BL). As a Quality Manager, you will report directly to the Plant Quality Manager and will have the opportunity to manage a highly complex manufacturing department, ensuring excellent quality standards. Main responsibilities: Track and review internal quality performance KPIs (e.g., waste, rework, costs) Conduct end-of-line and process tests Ensure finished product quality assurance Investigate and troubleshoot quality-related product or production issues Prepare, execute, and follow up on internal process or system audits PORTRAIT OF A PERFECT CANDIDATE Degree in Management or Mechanical Engineering At least 5 years of experience in a complex environment as a Quality Engineer or Manager Ability to read and interpret technical drawings Good knowledge of quality tools (Fishbone diagrams, 5 Whys, root cause analysis) Proficiency in MS Office Basic knowledge of Statistics Strong entrepreneurial mindset, proactive, and inspiring to others People management skills Problem-solving oriented, solution-focused Enjoys challenges and takes responsibility seriously Flexible and adaptable to constant change Strong facilitation and communication skills #J-18808-Ljbffr
