Responsibilities Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement regional sales strategies, identify new business opportunities, analyze market trends, collaborate with teams to generate demand, and convert leads. Customer & Partner Management: Build relationships with clients, conduct business reviews, resolve concerns, and identify upsell opportunities. Reporting & Forecasting: Provide sales forecasts, track performance metrics, and utilize CRM tools. Collaboration & Cross-Functional Alignment: Work with various teams to align sales efforts, provide feedback, and lead and mentor sales staff. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's or master's degree in science and technology fields such as power electronics, communication, electrical, mechanical, or automation. Strong decision-making skills with the ability to handle complex situations. Some work experience and understanding of the new energy market.
