Offerta Gestire l'intero ciclo di vita del prodotto/progetto, dalla concezione alla realizzazione finale. Collaborare con i team di ingegneria per garantire il rispetto delle specifiche tecniche. Coordinare le risorse interne ed esterne per il completamento dei progetti. Monitorare i tempi e i budget dei progetti, garantendo il raggiungimento degli obiettivi prefissati. Analizzare il mercato e raccogliere feedback per migliorare i prodotti esistenti e svilupparne di nuovi. Preparare documentazione tecnica e reportistica per i progetti in corso. Assicurare la conformità con le normative industriali e gli standard di qualità. Gestire la comunicazione con i clienti e i fornitori per garantire la soddisfazione delle loro esigenze. E' gradita competenza nella lettura economica della commessa per rispettare la marginalità del progetto. Competenze ed esperienza A successful Project/Product/Program Manager dovrebbe avere: Una laurea in Ingegneria o una disciplina correlata. Conoscenze approfondite del settore Industrial/Manufacturing. Esperienza di 3-5 anni nella gestione di progetti complessi e team interfunzionali. Capacità di analisi e problem solving orientate all'innovazione. Ottime competenze comunicative e di negoziazione. Conoscenza degli strumenti di gestione dei progetti e dei software correlati. E' mandatoria la conoscenza fluente della lingua Inglese. Completa l'offerta Contratto a tempo indeterminato. Possibilità di crescita e sviluppo professionale.
