The role involves delivering programs effectively to improve infrastructure utilization and availability through extensive partnership with key stakeholders across Technical Program Management, Engineering, Supply Chain, Business Development, and Product teams. Are you passionate about using technology to solve business problems that have big customer impact?Come, build the future with us.Key job responsibilitiesTechnical Infrastructure Program Managers (TIPM) in Capacity Delivery Planning lead strategic initiatives to identify, execute, and manage capacity at our Data Centers in the APAC region. Success in this role requires effective collaboration with multiple AWS internal partners, including Build TIPMs, Engineering teams, Supply Chain teams, and Business Development Managers, to co-deliver planning programs. The TIPM works closely with these partners to drive optimal outcomes that balance customer requirements with site risks. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential, as TIPMs must effectively convey complex program information to diverse audiences across the organization.Basic QualificationsBA/BS degree in a discipline that requires problem-solving, typically Engineering, Physics, Finance, Business, Statistics or equivalent professional experience3+ years of Program Management experience. Experience in conducting in-depth quantitative and qualitative analysis and Intermediate to advanced knowledge of ExcelExperience with business intelligence and data visualization and reporting tools (e.g. Tableau).
