Job purpose Manage the execution and monitoring of the assigned projects, according to a shared planning and budget, in order to match the project objectives, guaranteeing a high standard of the deliverables and keeping under control activities, project status and commitment of the entire project team (internal/external members). Proactively anticipate risks and inform the responsible regarding issues and timing changes. Work in strong cooperation with other IT teams and in line with the IT Governance and rules. Responsibilities To create and maintains project activities Planning To manage in an efficient/effective way the internal/external resources dedicated/involved in the project To promote communication, good relationships and commitment within the project team To participate in evaluating requests for process improvements in the project scope areas, executing in-depth analysis of the requests with the process owners, according to the guidelines shared with the manager To allocate resources to the needed activities, executing periodic checks on progress and periodically perform control activities, updating Referents and Steering Committee, proactively highlighting possible risks/issues and implementing the defined actions in order to minimize risks To keep the proper contacts with Key-Users and other Business Referents, manage the meeting calendars, guarantee that the requested documentation (project and cross-project) are delivered as established for the different project execution phases, check the quality of intermediate results/deliverables, in order to be aligned with the business needs and the IT standards and monitors project economics status To assure that the Application Maintenance involvement and project handover will be correctly performed To give support to teams in consulting and mentoring on methodology To ensure that the project implementations are coherent with IT Governance in all phases of the process, from initial approval to final user acceptance. Requirements Master’s Degree in Management Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum Experience: 5 to 6 years in IT project management or sales roles, with a strong focus on IT and technological tools. Italian and English Proficiency: C1 level.
