Our Products Are Reshaping How People Learn TeachTap: Uses AI to animate historical figures within a TikTok-style learning interface. TeachTales: Delivers personalized, immersive storytelling that enhances student comprehension. TimeBack: Functions as a proactive learning copilot, integrating seamlessly with existing applications to guide students. Athena: Generates AI-powered videos and assessments that produce tangible academic results. This position centers on creating tangible impact through production‑ready software. You'll leverage AI tools alongside cloud‑native infrastructure to develop full‑stack solutions that address genuine challenges—not simply complete task lists. The expectation is rapid delivery without sacrificing quality, selecting the most straightforward correct approach that reconciles immediate velocity with sustained maintainability. What You Will Be Doing Design and Deploy Full‑Stack Features: Own user stories end‑to‑end; clarify requirements, architect scalable systems, implement backend and frontend logic, validate thoroughly, and release to production. Track Down and Resolve Bugs: Conduct root cause investigations, address underlying issues rather than surface symptoms, and prevent future regressions through strategic testing. Elevate Code Standards: Assess designs and pull requests to maintain clarity, simplicity, and correctness, preventing technical debt from accumulating. What You Won’t Be Doing Creating pixel‑perfect interfaces or intricate backend systems as ends in themselves. Implementing specifications mechanically without grasping the underlying problem. Spending time in prolonged meetings about roadmaps and priorities or tracking down stakeholders. Simply delivering features; you'll own the resolution of genuine problems. Full Stack Engineer Key Responsibilities Applying AI to develop software that addresses authentic user needs, delivers quickly, and remains maintainable over time. Basic Requirements A minimum of 4 years writing production code for both frontend and backend of web applications (any framework). Proven ownership: Track record of owning entire modules, product features, or teams—not just isolated tasks. Self‑sufficient execution: Capability to unblock yourself, drive your own progress, and navigate ambiguous circumstances. Practical experience using generative A.I. in your daily development workflow.
