Responsibilities Develop and Deploy Full‑Stack Capabilities: Transform user stories from concept to outcome; clarify needs, architect scalable systems, implement backend and frontend logic, conduct comprehensive testing, and release to production. Identify and Resolve Bugs: Diagnose issues using root cause analysis, address underlying problems (rather than surface symptoms), and prevent regressions through strategic testing. Elevate Code Standards: Assess plans and pull requests for clarity, simplicity, and accuracy, preventing technical debt from accumulating.
